Conversations with an International Teacher of Colour

Picture
Conversations with an International Teacher of Colour is an ongoing dialogue exploring how diversity, equity, inclusion, and racial justice are shaping international education. This series brings together educators, leaders, and organisations from across the globe to share their experiences, reflect on systemic challenges, and spotlight the actions driving meaningful change in schools and beyond.

Created as an extension of the International Teachers of Colour community, these conversations aim to amplify underrepresented voices while inviting allies and institutions into the dialogue. Each episode offers insights into the lived experiences of teachers of colour, the policies and practices shaping equitable education, and the strategies schools can adopt to build more inclusive learning environments.
